Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply to bookings and services provided by At Home Osteo Ltd.
-
At Home Osteo provides mobile osteopathy and related treatments in London. The treatment offered will depend on the service booked, the patient’s needs and the practitioner’s clinical assessment.
Treatment options, appointment durations and prices are displayed on our website. Please check the relevant service page before booking.
-
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide accurate contact details and any information reasonably required to arrange your appointment safely.
As appointments take place at the patient’s home, please ensure the address is correct and that the practitioner can access the property safely.
-
Prices are displayed on the website or confirmed before treatment. Payment arrangements will be communicated during booking or before the appointment.
Any applicable charges will be made clear before you commit to a booking.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Cancellation notice and any late-cancellation or missed-appointment charges must be confirmed and clearly communicated before booking. We will not rely on an undisclosed charge.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to distance contracts where they apply.
-
Patients should provide a safe, suitable environment for treatment and tell the practitioner about relevant access or safety concerns before the visit.
We may postpone or decline a visit where the environment is unsafe, access is not possible or treatment would not be clinically appropriate. Where possible, we will explain the reason and discuss alternatives.
-
Treatment is provided following an appropriate assessment. Zackery will explain the proposed approach and obtain valid consent before examination or treatment.
Patients may ask questions, decline a proposed technique or withdraw consent at any time.
Osteopathy is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If symptoms suggest an urgent medical problem, you may be advised to seek appropriate medical attention.
-
Patients should secure valuables and provide a safe area for treatment. Please tell us about any relevant access instructions before the appointment.
Any concern about damage or loss will be considered fairly on its individual facts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
-
Personal information and clinical records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and professional obligations.
-
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please follow the Complaints Procedure published on our website. You may also have the right to raise concerns with the General Osteopathic Council.
-
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to a booking will be made available before the booking is confirmed.
